Day 1: Sit on Copacabana beach all day and unwind.
Day 2: Do a bike tour of Copacabana to Glória, stopping to go up Sugar Loaf.
Day 3: Santa Teresa and Corcovado.
Day 4: Hang-glide or paraglide, followed by a jeep tour of the favelas.
Day 5: A cultural tour of down-town, Christ statue at sunset.
Day 6: Ecotourism trekking tour.
Day 7: Diving in the Cagarras Islands
Day 8: (or Saturday): Joatinga beach, followed by bodyboarding lessons at Pepe beach in Barra.
